Haircut with Mia, Thu 12 Nov at 3:30 PM, correct?

Yes!

You're booked! We'll text you a reminder the day before.

Example: a missed caller books a haircut by text.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A call is missed

Busy, with a client, closed. The missed call is detected the moment it ends.

  2. Step 2

A text goes out in seconds

“Sorry we missed your call. How can I help?” The caller replies by SMS.

  3. Step 3

    The assistant books it

It checks real availability, confirms the details and books. Then it sends a reminder the day before.

  4. Step 4

    You stay in control

Take over any chat in one click. Get a 7 PM summary of what was recovered.

Guardrails, enforced in code

  • Never double-books: a database constraint makes overlapping bookings impossible.
  • Never invents prices or policies: replies are checked against your data before they are sent.
  • Always confirms before booking, rescheduling or cancelling; the server enforces it.
  • Understands “tomorrow after 3” in your timezone and repeats it back.
  • Hands over to you on request, on errors, or after 12 turns.
  • Honours STOP instantly.
